Yarrilinks is a community event with a difference and invites city based migrants, local farmers and comunity members to mix, mingle and contibute to something much larger than a tree planting event. This is a great opportunity to learn from and teach others about rural community life in Australia and understand how others from around the world find themselves planting trees on Wimmera farms over the weekend of August 1st and 2nd. Project Hindmarsh will be held over the weekend of August 15 and 16. Based at Little Desert Lodge, Nature Park on the northern edge of the Little Desert near Nhill, the weekend offers the opportunity to camp or book indoor accommodation, provides all meals and a full evening program of music and local c information.
