The group gathers quarterly at member’s properties for a meeting and BBQ. Would love to attract some more members to the group and hope to form ties with other local community groups. Currently looking at a 12mth plan of activities and will be paying particular attention to field trips, social/community gatherings, guest speakers. They have some funds to undertake rabbit control work and aim to engage Project Platypus to facilitate the works. Also are planning an overnight trip to an example of sustainable farming practices near Hamilton.
