Hindmarsh Landcare Network
The Hindmarsh Landcare Network was established in 1997 to support and coordinate group projects and activities of 14 individual Landcare and Freinds groups. The Network coordinates the annual community revegetation program which includes "Project Hindmarsh" and offers a range of rural and Landcare experiences for the 300 volunteers.

Indigenous people have been caring for country in what is now known as the Wimmera for thousands of years, and there is strong support to foster genuine partnerships between Wimmera Landcare and the original custodians of this land to look after our environment together. This section provides links to various Landcare-Indigenous Community partnership projects and activities in the Wimmera region.
